Additionally, interaction with the on-site travel agency revealed inadequate equipment, leading to a frustrating game drive mishap.

The garden is a relaxing escape after a long journey, with wifi working even at the pool. I enjoyed a wonderful local dish of pounded beef, which was a standout. The staff were nice and offered an excellent free shuttle service to the airport. My room was big, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, but some maintenance issues impacted our stay. The air conditioning struggled a bit, and the shower had clogged holes, causing water drainage problems. A better upkeep of the facilities could really enhance the overall experience.

The atmosphere around the hotel is very welcoming, especially with the friendly staff who always have a smile. I also enjoyed the spacious room that offered a nice view of the garden, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The mid-sized pool area, surrounded by mature shade trees, provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

My stay at Cresta Riley'S Hotel was delightful. The environment was tranquil, with a lovely garden view that provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally attentive, greeting us warmly and ensuring our needs were met throughout our visit.

i had an amazing time at cresta during my stay. the location was perfect for exploring maun, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, which was just what i needed. the staff really went above and beyond, making my experience memorable.

It was just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Maun with great value. The staff were super friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Bring your own snacks as the restaurant can be slow at times.

Wi-Fi was excellent. Lunch took over an hour. very frustrating.
